In 2014, he co-founded one of Portugal’s first professional short-term rental operators, growing it into a market leader before merging with the company in 2021. Today, he oversees operations across the country and leads one of its strongest markets. He writes about property management, market dynamics, and what it takes to build a rental business that performs consistently in one of Europe’s most visited destinations.
