Chris Mitchell leads GuestReady’s UK and Ireland operations, with over a decade of experience building and scaling short-term rental and aparthotel businesses across the country. Before joining GuestReady, he held senior roles at two of Europe’s largest residential operators spanning hotels. Apart hotels and co-living launching and growing the UK market from the ground up. He specialises in working with owners of larger multi-unit asset helping them unlock the commercial potential of their buildings without the operational headache. Based in London, he writes about property management and what it takes to make the rental business perform in one of Europe’s most regulated markets.
