Yes. Our onboarding fee covers professional photography, listing creation, a property readiness check, and ensuring the home is equipped for guest stays. This fee is deducted from your first month’s rental income and does not require upfront payment.

Safety

All guests are screened through a combination of platform checks and internal review processes. We also provide 24/7 guest support to handle any issues during a stay. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for both you and your guests.

In the rare event of damage or loss, our team will guide you through the claims process with the booking platform. If the reservation was made via Airbnb, their Host Guarantee may offer coverage. GuestReady also partners with insurance providers to offer additional protection where applicable.
